About the product

The painting represents a cycle of 24 hours. There is the moon in the left corner and the sun is painted on the opposite side. The artist uses colourful sails and a regatta to develop a colourist balance between warm and cold colours.  In doing so, he creates a visual harmony in the eye of the beholder. Mediteran is an example of a painting in which we can achieve astonishing effects by combining simple shapes with intense colours.

Out of the four paintings from this cycle, Mediteran is the most surreal. There are two elements here emphasizing that: painting within the painting from which another storyline develops and a banana sitting on a cup of coffee.

Danijel Jaman is artist which represents new style of art, called “New pop art”.
He was born in 1975. In Split where he  graduated from the  Academy of Fine Arts.
His paintings adorn the imaginative vision, vibrant colors, creating the illusion of 3D by using a combination of painted and real elements in the painting.
Jaman’s paintings have become an inspiration to many people to play with colors in their interiours.
His work you can find in many collections all over the world.
