Danijel Jaman was born in 1975. His artistic incliation developed gradually in the course of his education, concluded by graduation from the Split Academy of Fine Arts in 1998, in the class of professor Gorki Žuvela. During the study, he was granted a scholarship by the City Council as a support to his work, and at the end of his study he recieved the Dean price of Art Academy. Up to this moment, he has been a participant of a number of group exhibitions, such as the ones held in Chico - California 1996, art colony in Medugorje - exhibition 1997, Zadar 1997. With one man show he showed up in 1999. in the Franciscan monastery's gallery which was held under the patronage of the City council.

- Solo exhibition: Maritime museum - Orebić (peninsula Pelješac) 2005. held under the patronage of City council and touristic board Orebic.

Although it didn't start as idea of battle gradually as painting developed each character of painting started to develop it's contribution for battle story. Battle without real battle, everybody are blinded of it imortance and irreplaceble role in the scene. Brave sailor don't see that he's fighting against banana and instead of bullet his gun shot underwear. Saint banana don't care because she got associate in saint church. In other side small church trying to make a balance and point a reflector to brave sailor to help saint banana in battle. Maybe, the girl in the painting is the reason why they are fighting for but they are not sure. Island becomes lips, nose becomes light tower and hair becomes snoplight. This battle will last forever just fighters will change position.
